Founder/CEO
Richard Borjas is a 2x Emmy Award Winner and 5x Emmy Nominee. In 2024, Borjas developed and Showran two original docu-reality formats through his production company, Bormont Entertainment.
Richard also Showran and Executive Produced Roku’s first ever Spanish-language cooking competition ¡Que Delicioso!, as well as Red Table Talk: The Estefans for Facebook Watch and YouTube’s Docu-Series 30 Days with Annuel.
Prior to that, he spent 10 years in multiple roles at Telemundo and NBC, including VP of Programming and Development where he managed the daily creative affairs of L.A.-produced shows such as The Kelly Clarkson Show and Access Hollywood. Before that, he was VP of Production for Telemundo, where he served as the Senior Executive Producer for The Voice Kids, Un Nuevo Día and Suelta La Sopa to name a few.
As a well-rounded producer, he’s done various formats including numerous Unscripted Reality Shows, Talk, News, Food Competition and Sports.
Co-Founder/COO
Frank brings over 25 years of experience in direct sales, distribution, and business development across the beauty and consumer goods industries. He began his career at L’Oréal Professionnel as a lead educator before moving into leadership roles at some of the world’s top Fortune 500 companies, including Procter & Gamble and Unilever, overseeing operations throughout Latin America.
That corporate experience has shaped Frank’s strategic approach to positioning talent — giving him a deep understanding of what brands look for and how to align talent with meaningful, high-impact opportunities.
With a strong background in brand growth, client relations, and infrastructure development, Frank bridges his expertise in beauty and business to help media projects and talent thrive. He is passionate about creating exceptional work environments and is always focused on delivering results with integrity and purpose.
